A table of Fuellers and their guests excitedly joined our Master Shravan and Consort Mira at one of the highlights of the Livery Year, the Sheriff’s Ball, in the historic surroundings of Guildhall. The Ball now in its fourth year, offered an amazing selection of silent auction items, raising funds for this year’s Lord Mayor’s Appeal. The chosen charities included, ‘Place2Be’, ‘OnSide Youth Zones’ and the ‘Samaritans’.
We were treated to a delicious three course meal, whilst bidding for auction items and dancing the night away to the excellent Chance Band between courses. The magnificent night raised funds heading towards £70,000. Thank you to our Sheriffs, Aldenham Vincent Keaveny and The Hon Liz Green who have just completed their year in Office, for organising such a truly memorable evening.
