A Fuellers Industry Visit to Rolls-Royce

Further to the Save the Date sent out earlier in the year, the Industry Visit to the Rolls-Royce facilities in Filton, Bristol will atke place on Wednesday 13 November 2024.  This will be a joint visit  with the Carmen and AFSEA.  We currently expect to have 20 places available for Fuellers, 20 for the Carmen and 20 for AFSEA - so please book early.  The visit is being hosted by UK VP Tom Burgess and the Rolls Royce team.

The visit will run from 1000-1600, including tours of the three facilities on site (manufacture, assembly and testing), Roll Royce history / background briefs, lunch and refreshments, and SME presentations followed by a discussion forum.

During the SME briefs and discussion panel Roll Royce will present on several areas of interest, which are currently SAF development and use, electrification and SMR nuclear reactors. Following the SME briefs there will be a group discussion panel during which attendees will address the future beneficial real world applications to ourselves and the industry’s collective development responsibilities.

This event is kindly being sponsored by the Rolls-Royce team. There is no financial charge for the day, other than any personal travel or accommodation,
