🌟 Feed a Future: Fundraising Dinner 🌟

🌟in support of the Livery Food Initiative and City Harvest London🌟

Wednesday 28 May 2025

The Worshipful Companies of Fuellers and Carmen, supported by The Vintners Company, warmly invite you to an evening of fellowship, fine dining, and purpose at the iconic Vintners’ Hall.

This special event supports the Livery Food Initiative, a pan-livery initiative supported by over forty livery companies, which champions the remarkable work of City Harvest London - transforming lives by tackling food waste and food poverty in our city.

This dinner will raise funds for over 120,000 meals.

** UPDATE **

We are delighted to announce that the auction will be conducted by best-selling author and renowned charity auctioner Jeffrey Archer.

The UK Food Crisis - what is it and how can we solve it?

City Harvest London is a food redistribution charity established 10 years ago with the mission to rescue food from going to waste and deliver it, for free, to those in need across London.

Across the UK, the cost-of-living crisis has created a food emergency. Currently, 1 in 5 people in London struggle to afford to eat, yet 1/3 of all food goes to waste. City Harvest rescues nutritious food from going to waste, and we need your help getting it to those communities that rely on our support.

Every day, City Harvest delivers to various community projects, giving approximately 130,000 people access to food a week. These projects include food banks, soup kitchens, homeless shelters, schools and nurseries, social supermarkets, supported accommodation, including domestic violence refuges, refugee/asylum centres, and many more.

By Christmas 2024 City Harvest’s impact on London and the environment looked like this:
